Planning for Real - 21st July 1999

The Ferintosh Community Council conducted on behalf of the Highland Council Planning department a public consultation in the Findon Hall. Members of the public were invited to make their wishes for local development in Culbokie be made known by placing pre-prepared labled cards on a large scale map.

Recently an old copy of "The Noticeboard" August 1999 came to light in which significant details of the exercise were published. Page 1 introduces the story whilst pages 6 and 7 (expandable) show the results and page 4, minutes of previous month's meetings, which describes the many references to planning issues with which we had to deal. In 2024 nothing has changed with Planning still occupying a lot of time.
