Can you help with details?

1. We would like to know as much as possible about the photograph in the gallery (click on image to enlarge). We have been given access to this photograph courtesy of Alan Forsyth, 5th from the left in the front row. It could well be that his Aunt, Frances Fowler (wheelchair) was central for the reason for the photograph. It is the wide range of adults and children involved that makes the photograph intriguing. It has been suggested that the date is c1988/9 and the location could be the Findon Hall. The adults include from the left, Chrissie Stewart, Stuart Greaves, headteacher, Rev John MacLeod, Rosemary Forsyth (Fowler), John Wood, post master, Rosie Fowler, Pam Piercy, Anna Macdonald, Hughie Forsyth and Iain Stewart. What was the occasion?
