The sequence of photographs showing Alan presenting the Fowler Cup when he was deputising for his mother Rosemary. Rosemary's father was Johnny Fowler, the last butcher in Culbokie operating out of a shop at Benview along with a slaughterhouse in the rear. He was a renowned athlete and the Fowler Cup is in memory of him. (Photographs of Benview can be seen on the "Historical Drive through Culbokie".
